To get your free desktop PC you:

2. Complete one of the many offers the good folks have there for you.

3. Freedesktoppc.com will let you know when you've completed step 2. In the meantime it's time to get some referrals going. You're going to need 10 unique referrals either directly through your link or through sending a canned email through their site with your link embedded inside it.
